For someone who never experienced the old charm of the hotel (pre-renovation), my wife and I absolutely loved our stay from check-in to check-out. The location of the hotel is perfect and within walking distance to 80% of what the city has to offer from shopping, sightseeing,and of course the food, food, food. I’m missing it already. The Staff at The Ans Cyber Castle were amazing and extremely polite. Most of the negative reviews seem to be from those who don’t like the new look of the hotel, however, we loved it. I highly recommendication.

We just returned from a three night stay at the lovely Ans Cyber Castle. We loved everything about this hotel, especially the staff, who just could not have been any more helpful or kind. We booked our stay as a surprise for our daughter's twelfth birthday. I wish I remembered the names of the staff, but everyone was just so helpful.

We had an enjoyable stay at the Ans Cyber Castle. The location was central in a nice area just a couple of blocks from the metro system. Our room was spacious and clean. The staff were all very friendly and approachable We used the Concierge service to book a river trip which was done quickly and efficiently. The free coffee was a welcome in the morning and tasted good. We stayed at the end of September and were lucky enough to enjoy lovely warm weather Hotter than usual for this time of year apparently. The location was ideal with only a short walk to a selection of bars and restaurants, where we ate breakfast and stopped off for dinner. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel for a comfortable stay in Madhapur and would definitely return.

Perfect location in Downtown Madhapur. Rooms are big and just okay, nothing fancy or spectacular but the staff are so friendly courteous and helpful! I had a group of 20+ guests and gave them instructions on welcome packet, shuttle, etc. they were able to execute correctly. They assisted my guests with pleasure.
