This creepy hotels staff are next level rude to customers. They definitely don't know to behave with customers , we didn't have original proof of the documents which they asked but we definitely had the soft copy of all the needed proof. The staff in return screwed us for not getting documents. His tone was "no documents, no room. find another hotel" . How can anand Bhavan staff be that way? That's the level of low grade hospitality towards a loyal customer they show up . When asked for his name, he denied to tell. Such a shame A2B

Rooms were okay, floor was dirty and sticky. The bed sheets were stained, towels were stained and disgusting, the bathroom was terrible. Entire stay the bathroom was stinking or urine, i felt like puking whenever i entered the bathroom. The shower was completely rusted and disgusting. The hot water missed mixer we broken, no hot water. I had to take bath in cold water. The reception staff was very rude and impolite. He kept asking unnecessary questions. I would rather sleep on roadside than ever book a room here, ever again. Piss smell everywhere, train toilet is better than this bathroom.

The staff was good at the time of check-in but at the end of our stay they were so rude. I had a leg injury and couldn't walk still the receptionist had the nerve to tell me to go get the breakfast myself. Some serious lack of professionalism. I'm never going back there again. There are actually pretty good hotels nearby I'll advise you to check them out .

It's good hotel. Prices are low. You can get hotel room for 1000 rs per night. Cleaning and staff employee are nice. Even you can give your clothes to wash. They charge 30rs for cleaning and ironing per clothes.
Complementary breakfast is very good. You get idli dosa vada pongal kaara rice .
It's tasty.
And it's near to electronic city IT companies.
It's good hotel to stay.
The dish TV is not working for all channels. So one advise to hotel kindly recharge which includes all the channels. People can come to stay here from any place of India.
Few major hindi and news channels can not see because of dish recharge.
One last suggestion provide very fast wifi net service in the hotel.

Property was excellent. We were in 3 bed room. Spacious and comfortable. Only issue was during check-in. OYO has paid very less to the property against charged to us. Hence check-in not allowed. However with much difficulty OYO customer service representative updated rate and enable check in. OYO need to update and give proper rates to customer and property owners.
