Today i took my mom for COVID vaccine and this is my first visit to Narayana hospital (OP). I feel good about crowd maintenance, dedicated lines for billing with physical distancing, plenty of seating arrangements and place is clean. We went in at 9AM and out by 10AM. Pretty good feeling?

I went for Cowaxin vaccination and got it. Hospital environment is good with trees and very parking system to park your vehicle in the campus.

Hostipal staff and doctors are very polite & compassionate, billing section being an exception. Lady in billing section is very rude and she never accepts non cash payments - card, upi etc. despite having a placard showing that card and UPI payments are accepted.
