I enjoyed the environment of that place. Have places for all ages i.e. for children, senior citizens, youngsters, student etc . The place is well maintained with greenery all around. The sky walk is awesome. Anybody who would like pleasant atmosphere can switch over there.

This apartment is located in a quiet place. The parking facility is good. And the one most admiring thing about this is its awesomatic view from its terrace. Each block has a bridge in its terrace which connects each of them. Very well engineered! Have a look at these pictures. Chennai looks cool from its top.

Good Community, One Big Joint Family The president is like head of big joint family, all of us are his followers and we feel truly blessed to have him as our head. His wish is our command. He and his team are maintaining the property very well. He could reduce the cost of maintaining the property and has reduced the security and house keeping requirements by 50%. Earlier there were too many people unnecessarily working for maintenance , it seemed Osian Chlorophyll was an employment center. Now, we are very light on payrolls.
