Very good place.
We paid 1000Rs per night with breakfast include. (Kohima seems overpriced for low budget traveller, and this is probably your best choice)
The place is clean and bed are confortable. There is TV and hot shower.
The staff and the owner are very convenient and helpfull.
It's also well located.
I would recommand it.

On Assam rifle road beside LG showroom.
Landmark is AO church.
For four persons it is ₹2000 a day.
Good place to stay.
It offers apartment lodging.
Big sized well lit room.
Attached toilet in both bedroom.
This facility is adequately clean.
No elevator facility is available.
They have awesome view from kitchen dinning and living room.
Private terrace is accessible from bedroom.
Great view from terrace.
Heater facility is ₹100 a day.
Geyser is there in both toilet.
It has all the standard facility for the kitchen, includes a refrigerator.
Great place for people in groups and family.

Very nice place to stay. The owner Mr David is a gem of a person. He was very kind and made our stay comfortable. The place is in the centre of the city and the view is great at night with all the lights on in the city. We were here for three nights and we enjoyed our stay very much.

Originally we booked a larger room (fits up to six people), but upon arrival, the owner of the lodge was nice enough to offer us a smaller and cheaper room that wasn't available on the booking site, and was much more suitable for the two of us. This room was 990 rupees per night (one of the most affordable places in Kohima), including a simple breakfast. Also includes complimentary tea and a kettle. Lunch and dinner can also be arranged to your room for an extra charge.
Room is spacious and clean, with a gorgeous view of the Kohima city hillside. Very central location (for reference, only a five minute walk to the War Cemetery).
There is a TV with cable however no wifi available. Bathroom includes a heater for hot water and a western style toilet, with soap and toilet paper.
Overall, a really positive experience and value for money. We ended up staying here for an extra couple of nights.

Affordable place to stay. Provide 24 hours warm water. Restaurants, taxi stand, night bazar is nearby. and war cemetery is walking distance from this lodge. will definitely recommend for budget stay.
