Firstly, just a note on how to get here. it is little hard to locate . If you are coming from lift side then you have to come towards "share e Punjab" restaurant then turn to lower market and at a short distance you will find washroom and then come to straight to that street ,here you go !!
Coming to service
Great cutomer support from beginning to end of the process. The team are really informed and go the extra mile at every stage. I would recommend them unreservedly. response to quesries were turned around very fast.. all responses were prompt and professional.The problem of my device was solved in 20 minutes and I was given a discount on spare part.
They were celebrating "oppo service day " so they also gave me refreshment ( nd I really needed because it was so hot outside)
in my experience customer service has been nothing short of excellent.

But the price was really high ,so I refused to repair so i purchased oppo f21 pro on same day.but after 4-5 days Staff called me that you will get discount on your display on 10th. Lady booked my appointment for today. I really appreciate the service of oppo... That's why I purchased oppo device and also got repaired my f11 pro ..
Really very nice after sale service being provided by oppo.

Definitely one of the best after sales experience I had with a brand. I've visited this service center two times over a time span of two years and both the time I was really satisfied.
Though I may or may not purchase an OPPO phone again, but if I do, after sales service might be my biggest motivator.
