Good pg, stayed here for almost 1 month, good service, cleaning and also food. Food is mostly a mix of North and South Indian dishes. Response time of owner is also quick.?

It was a pleasure staying at this Brand new property, This PG is with Nice food and service. Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed a lot. I will definitely stay there again in future.

Very good PG in Perungudi surroundings. Quality food, neat maintenance good for both employees as well as for students. 24/7 security with CCTV , parking facilities, wifi, lift etc. Overall it's best and worthy. No negatives as such.

It is my first ever pg experience before coming here I was visited many pg's but I'm not satisfied with all of that most of the pg dosnt have parking facility and they won't maintain cleanliness but in sai nivas pg it will be felt like an elite place to stay they maintain cleanliness as the first thing and also they follow covid protocols and if we facing any issue here they will sort it out within a day and the owner is very kind one of the best pg to stay I will recommend this pg 100% definitely go for it. Food-the food is really good in taste I didn't got bored in last two months Highlight- top class maintenance they clean the rooms daily and it is an apartment type house so our bikes will be safe to park
