I was very upset with the quality of the rooms and the service provided by their staff. Very rude behaviour from their bit. Please check out their other properties as the provide way better rooms for the same price.

We stayed here for a day. This property is located in the middle of the city. Food places, bars, Pubs, and shopping centers are around this place. The room we got is an ok one. The staff is very pleasant and cooperative. Metro stations and parks are nearby. They have a restaurant and a bar attached to this property.

Limited parking. It’s actually a small establishment. So don’t expect anything fancy. However, they have a Resto-Bar attached so it’s easy to have a drink anytime. But the food is really bad. The location is next to the main city so 5 star for accessibility.

I booked a room in this hotel because of its proximity to prime locations. However, it did never fail to disappoint me in every way. I got there in my car only to know that the parking in the basement is full and I had to park outside in the street safely beside a board that said tow-away-zone. Thanks to the inefficiency of law-enforcement, my car was not towed away. The place is small, barely visible from outside, but feels well polished. The check-in process was smooth, the staff was perfect. The room looks decent, but if you look closer, it is a collection of imperfections. There were a couple of tea bags, coffee powders and stuffs, but no kettle. I called the reception for a kettle and, you guessed it, I never got it! BTW, there is no intercom, nor there is any TV subscription in your room, all you get is an Amazon Firestick. The bathroom is okay, but there is no water heater letting you enjoy an unadulterated and unfiltered showering experience. I would not recommend the
