Nice place with good service. If the approach road is repaired it will be a valu add. This place is really value for money. Wonderful view of the valley from the rooms. The people managing this place are really nice and soft spoken people.

A pristine location, situated away from the hustle bustle of crowded road side rush. Although, bit of kutchha road, need to drive carefully down and return. But tea gardens adjacent to the property gets onto your mind and one starts cherishing small things in life. Love this homestay of 6 rooms.

During COVID times, we wanted to stay at a place unique and away from the crowded spaces. Although, way to the Villa is adventurous, but it's a location to be with your family, where you could have wonderful time and be with yourself and experience untouched nature. The food was homely and place to trek around is almost 3 acres. A small trek to the temple across the property, fulfills your desire to connect with nature. Suggest reaching villa before sunset to enjoy outstanding views..

We enjoyed our stay. The calmness of being surrounded by nature was relaxing. The rain really helped cozy up our stay. The people in service are helpful. However, cleanliness is not upto the mark and the kitchen service is a real concern area. The road leading to the villa is terrible.

Pros: The view Security Connectivity to roads Staff behavior Punctuality. Hosts Bed delivery and service. Cons: 1. Not availability of water at any given point of time. We had to keep asking them for switching on motor water every time we needed to use washroom. 2. There was no availability of drinking water in the stay. We had to ask the staff for hot or cold water. 3. The food was costly where we have paid rs 15 for one piece of small idly. I am sure the room costs due to view and maintenance. But to cost every meal 110 just extra is not something understandable or acceptable. I had paid 8k for the stay for two days and a night. We definitely deserved something better wrt facilities. Kindly note this. Might help in future. Thank you for having us. P.s. the view from the balcony is just mesmerizing.
