Was a great experience spending time with our loved ones there. The ambiance of the o cafe was spell bound. we went for a weekend lunch buffet with wide variety of starters , main coarse, drinks , and desserts. Their Kerala meals was so good and also my personal favourite.

The quality of food is as expected from a 5 star hotel. Desserts were tasty. To highlight a few items, crispy veg, egg n potato salad, pork were really great. From desserts vanila pudding, there was one coconut dessert (don't remember the name) which was also good

You can't beat the location. It's right across Lulu mall just a quick walk or short drive. The staff were lovely and helpful. Plenty of charging points in the room. You can quickly juice up all your devices. Plenty of in room amenities including comfy slippers and robes. The complimentary breakfast had a great spread of both traditional Kerala dishes and continental ones. The rooftop infinity pool is not to be missed.

I was here with family for a short visit. Our stay was quite comfortable. Truly 5 star service. Food was amazing. Rooms were also very comfortable and clean. If you are arriving by train, take the prepaid auto. It will cost you about 200 bucks. Lulu mall is very close-by unfortunately couldn’t visit due to lack of time

O by Tamara, restaurant on top floor has good scenic view and is beside a pool. Excellent choice of food for buffet. All the food items were tasty and excellent. There is ample parking space also the staff are courteous and helpful. Located opposite to Lulu Mall. Ideal place for family get-together.
