Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and the in house kitchen was just great we had biryani and they delicious the cutlery were clean. The most important thing I liked was the check in was smooth.will surely visit again and will do a detailed review soon. So far my visit was nice.loved your hospitality. Keep it up

Travelling for work and searched online for room in central Kolkata. Was sceptical as we were 2 ladies travelling. This place came in as a surprise, good and well maintained rooms. We choose a middle category room and best part was it's huge window which gave the room natural light and made it look more spacious. Room had everything you need, clean, tidy and value for money considering the central location. The place has a restaurant- Kitchen 165 that serves some great food. Though we could not try much variety but everything we ate was well presented, tasted good and served with warmth. The front desk, housekeeping, and the restaurant staff were very warm, welcoming, and professional.

The room was kept squeaky clean..the bathroom and toilet was thoroughly sanitized. The fooding is absolutely delicious and the best so far.. I totally recommend it.
