This is the worst rent experience i have ever witnessed. Don't go there for room on monthly basis, the owner of the property is the rudest human being I have ever seen. If you have pay the advance amount, forget about the advance money, you won't be getting it back. It will be the owner who will make troubles, he is the worst guy I have ever seen. I repeat don't go for monthly rent room there
