I finally decided to visit Dr Anil Singh after having realized that my GIT problems would not go away on their own. I am pleased to say that three weeks after my visit I am doing great. What I took away from the experience: 1) Being the anxious person I am, I called ahead and scheduled an appointment. On calling I was told to come fasting for the procedure and that it would not take long. I would encourage people to read up a little on the procedure before going to be a little aware of what to expect. 2) As a woman, I was naturally a bit apprehensive but kudos to the Doctor and support staff for creating an atmosphere of casual competence and professionalism. They chatted to me and told me what was happening all through the procedure and I was soon responding to their questions and asking quite a few of my own. 3) The procedure was done in about 15 minutes (took me longer to change etc.) And was painless. There maybe slight discomfort but nothing unbearable. The treatment that the doctor prescribed was effective and the doctor emphasized the importance of taking an exam as soon as there is a problem since it is easy for things to escalate. 4) I would recommend Dr Anil Singh to everyone suffering from GIT related problems. He does not sugarcoat things, but he is supremely professional and his treatment was extremely effective. I would also recommend to call ahead for appointments as he may need to tell you how to prepare for the procedures (otherwise you may need to postpone your visit to the next week for getting your gut ready!)

Dr Anil Singh is very intelligent but treatment in this hospital is very expansive. Even ultrasound of the upper abdomen in this hospital costs rs 5100, which can be done easily for rs 350 or 500 anywhere in this city. Furthermore unwanted test are prescribed by the doctor. Service is very slow, you have to spend full day even for normal appointment.

I have gone through ercp of wife in this hospital but the employees in this hospital are so rude and they dont know how to treat the patient.my total expenditure for ercp was 38000 and i told them to make the discharge for 24 hours and they told me to come next day for that.when i came again after one week for discharge and bill they simply denied for that.Even their receptionist are so liar that they straight away told me we cant do that. I made request to them so that i can claim that amount from my organization but they dont have that much kindness and smypathy for patient.they denied me for that and due to their irresponsible behaviour i was not able to claim the amount.For them that was nominal amount but for me that amount was not small.even one of the lady receptionist told me that sir it was only 38000 and it was small amount. See the behaviour of the staff in this hospital.how one can trust and faith in this kind of hospital where they dont have sympathy and kindness for the patients. Dr anil singh is the good doctor and i have no complaint against him.even dr ira is also good.but they can also help me out in this thing if they want to do as i have made a request to dr ira also for this thing but she also denied for that. If they help me out in this i can easily claim 38000 from my organization. I beleive in god and i know what they have done with me god will definitely curse them for this thing specially their receptionist who are mannerless and dont know how to take the responsibility and how to deal with the customers.

Hospital infrastructure is good ...but the only problem of this hospital is nursing staff. Staff is not good in behaviour with pts and their relative....staff needs proper training about how to behave and respect with pts...and theirs relatives.....
