My stay in Nirbana Palace hotel was a memorable one. It has a great ambiance, rooms are hygenic and clean.. I wish to give an extra star for the Staff.. They are humble always welcome you with a great smile..Food is tasty and they have a wide range of breakfast.. I forgot my belonging in the hotel and my bus was ready to leave in 10minutes. I just made one single call asking for help and within a matter of time they made sure one of the staff came on a bike with my stuff... I am really thankful to them for this.. I can just say in future whenever I or any of my friends or relatives visit Jaipur I'll always recommend the hotel...

I've booked this hotel online and had no high hopes, but to my surprise everything from ambience to cleanliness, authentic food to courteous staff has made our stay most comfortable and memorable one. I would personally like to thank Mr. Saleem who gave us the best rooms and Mr. Nityanand for taking care of our taste buds, he sometime went over the board to take our meal requests and always served with smile on his face. Rooms were really spacious, tastefully designed and very clean and hygienic. I would really love to visit the property again.

A beautiful heritage property located at the centre of the city which is accessible to the main places of visit. Heritage suite room was a great experience. The staff at the reception is very courteous and helpful. Room service is great! The food at its restaurant rangreza is really good and worth the price; much better than one can have outside at some known restaurants or cafe. Executive Mr. Solanki along with his staff at the restaurant were extremely warm and helpful and serve you with a smile!

The services were excellent from reception (Mr Vikas) to the Room. We took Heritage suite at a very competitive rate and it was just amazing, neat and clean, representing the tradition. Breakfast was very good, fresh, healthy and service of serving staffs was excellent. We strongly recommend #NirbanaHeritage.?????????

The stay was comfortable and decent. The hotel has a classic touch and looks like they have a long history too. The place is well decorated. There are a few things like the air conditioner has a very peculiar smoke and urine smell. When i reported to the staff they were in a hurry and did not care about it much. Although breakfast is complimentary there were not many options. Overall the stay was good for 2 days in Jaipur.
