Amazing tandoor dishes. Am a veg stomach guy, and my stomach felt so happy with the paneer tikka and soya chaap. I got the Delhi taste right here in Pune.

My concern lies with the hygiene primarily and the owner’s behaviour secondarily.
Hospitality and food are the two reasons I visit any place to eat.
And this place, stands at no level, on either of the parameters.

Food quality is awesome, service is brilliant, owners are polite, courteous and professional. Reducing 1 star just because of little cleanliness and hygine. Rest all is good. I have been a regular customer now.

Specially Soya Chaap and Tandoori, they have started Tandoori roti as well great combo with Soya malai. with great service, altogether a must place to visit, recommended with family and friends.

I want to give my review on Insta food.
Repeatedly we are having bad experience from Insta food.
Our last order was two days back where we ordered for chicken triple noodles but no soup fried noodles chutney was given. When we called back the owner spoke very rudely and shouted at us.
Secondly burgers and sandwiches have so bad flavour and taste that it can be made 10 times better by a house wife.
Chai is boiled milk.. Experienced atleast 5 times.
We had once received soup with a fly in it.. Image was sent to Hermit immediately.
Im sorry to say that the new chef doesnt have a good taste at all in preparing chinese.
Omelette is served with one loaf of bread which actually is served nowhere?
The taste hygiene and quality has highly degraded. The owners were extremely good at start since they wanted to attract the customers but now they are very rude and arrogant. V have many such experiences but just named a few. Im sorry but u people really need to work on it.
