i use to live in bow barracks 50 years ago, the unit faced the park and it was great growing up next to the park but I see it has changed dramatically. the park was split in two by a path with two covered benches, one side was a play field and the other was grass and hedges. there was a caretaker house on the southwest side and next to it was a concrete slab. anybody could come in because of the low fences and open gates. this is the first time seeing the park since we moved. it sure has changed.
