My Gym is the place where you can make your fitness goals simple. Firstly this gym is quite specious and secondly it has all kinds of modern equipment right from abs machine to calf machine. Trainers are deeply knowledgeable in their subject. Be it biomachanics, nutrition or supplimentation. I am very happy that I am a part of this gym

Every gym claims to offer advanced machine, certified trainers, well behaved staff and One of the most amazing and highly energetic gym in Kamothe,Navi Mumbai.I have joined so many gyms in past but have left the gym in 2-3 weeks as there was no proper training and I never felt the vibes and energy. But My gym has a different frequency and energy.. The best thing is they give you a 2 days trial and if you like then you can enrolled. The best thing is the owner of the gym Mangesh sir, don't judge him on his look and body.He is an amazing trainer and great coach and he has been so punctual in training. In just 2 weeks I have lost 3.25 kgs and because of his motivation,I have never been absent in gym.He is so humble and caring It's my request to each and everyone to visit this gym once and if you are really serious to lose weight and take personal training from jenny mam and ossy sir Also, I think they are charging too less for the services they are providing

I joined Mygym 1mnth back. The results of joining this gym for me is great. Trainer's are supportive here. Specially Jenny mam , she is too helpful and always encourage us, motivate us. Because of helpful and supporting staff it's comfortable here nd from my point of view ladies are too comfortable just because of lady trainer..

Wednesday: Open 24 hours
Thursday: 5 am to 11 pm
Friday: 5 am to 11 pm
Saturday: (Maha Shivratri), 5 am to 11 pm
Sunday: 4 to 10 pm
Monday: 5 am to 11 pm
