Many people are not aware of this lake, it is near Attur. For one day picnic this is an ideal spot along with Aanaivari Muttal Water Falls. Government has to improve the infrastructure so that it can be promoted as a good tourist spot. Right now development activities has started and it should be finished soon. Park is coming near the lake. There were only two boats when we went in November 2019.Request the Government to add few more boats so that people don't have to wait much. It is a natural lake and the water automatically flows out when it reaches the limit. After boating you can go for eats near the check post entrance with village atmosphere. On Sundays you will get fish fries. Grannies cook Paniyaram, Vadas and other foods. For photo lovers this is a very good spot.

This is an awesome picnic spot for the people in and around Attur. The experience at the falls was so extraordinary. They also have park, children play area and boating. The view is fantabulous. Must visit place
