Muscle and fitness gym is not only a gym but also it helps to change ur view about daily routine of life. I am doing morning walk since 30 years but after starting gim I feel nice changes in my life• Thanks to all subordinate staff as they r very nice and helpful.

Very neat and clean, very polite staff members, lot of space, very good two trainers (1 male, 1 female), all muscles building instruments, regular body check up, advises of trainer for changing excercises according to the body requirement, low cost food suppliments, separate changing room/ washroom for male and female.
Best gym in this area. 5/5;star rating.

The aura of the gym is sooo positive,proper equipped,proper ventilation, convenient,locker facility .
Trainer- Trainers are very friendly and well trained.They have a good knowledge of nutrition and they plan our diet accordingly
Overall I'm feeling a great experience and I feel a positive change inside me☺️.....Thanx to "Muscle & Fitness Gym".
