I would say one of the best and upcoming place in Chennai, scenic,very decent, predominantly IT with mix of other state people, so looks cosmopolitan. This place has every thing including enough super markets,banks,small shops, tennis courts, petrol bunks, Saravana stores, swimming pools, medical shops and major hospitals like miot, srmc are nearby. And MORE IMPORTANTLY water is plenty even in the worst of scenario. You dont have to go outside this place for purchase.
