"I recently stayed at this resort with high expectations, but unfortunately, the reality fell far short of what was advertised. The entire resort is under construction, and it appears that the management has rushed to open before being fully operational. The room was not properly made up, and our room was very close to the kitchen, which meant constant noise and disturbance. The AC in our room was also not working properly This resort provides terrible hospitality services.

A very nice place with a great view , the down side is currently they are constructing new rooms which has constant noise which i raised the point with team at the resort, we came to enjoy peace away from noise but sadly the construction here made a mess of it

Tent style rooms were good, but should have atleast provision of fans in rooms as it gets too hot during day time. The road to the hotel should be improved, it spoils your car

My second time visit, and my last :) but some reviews based on my overall experience Pros: - Amazing location - Food is good, chef named Ajay has good cooking skills he also helped to provide Gio wifi while the staff failed to do so. - few staff were helpful. Cons: - bugs and mosquitos - tents are not well maintained (electricity, door locks and handles) - require fan in the tent - pool was not clean, had bugs - no tax bill invoicing, handwritten note
