Avoid at all costs- Shabby, Broken, Unethical, Rude & Negative Service mindset. Here’s my episode- Had reserved a table through EazyDiner for an occassion. Was greeted by an empty restaurant & a rude waiter - who said AC not working After requesting, he gave us a table in Rad Bistro in ground floor (under same mgmt) - with caveat that all order to be placed at once and self-service on the table. Super slow cooking - We had to wait for about 45 mins for the starters and another 45 for main-course Wrong item served - Gave us some chicken dish in place of a Veg starter and billed us double Low on ethics - Main course portions were very small - particularly rice & fish gravy. Cut corners on Bread basket (gave us one of each type where’s instead of two of each type) Basics not provided- Refused to provide water glasses, reluctant to change plates (expected us to have lunch in starter plates) Zero service - Rude behaviour, take it or leave it attitude Incompetent- Didn’t know how to modify the bill. Low on manpower. Didn’t honour EazyDiner discount- Asked me to make direct payment and not through App TO TOP IT ALL, They charge 10% service tax for non-existent service. As karma serves, the place is on the verge of shutting down and the ACs have been non-operational since months.

Ambience is decent, food presentation is good.. Food taste is average. Overall a good place for family dining and hanging out.

Excellent Food Quality and Taste. Freshly prepared piping Hot. Nice background Ghazal music. One of the best North Indian Food in North Bangalore. The Chinese food is also very nice.

Had a horrible experience with Moti mahal . We are vegetarians and ordered a veg biryani and received the order with chicken piece in it. I would want to take this up as a serious complaint. The hotel incharge was not able to give me to a senior person for us to escalate the issue

I sent money by mistake to the restaurant on Dineout. The manager said he will send it to me. I have followed up a lot of times. I also talked to 4-5 people from their staff and still they have not sent me the money. It's been 2-3 months now. A very bad experience to be honest.
