Mr. Ibrahim Lakdawala did an amazing job towards arranging a particular Mont Blanc pen for my father as a Fathers Day gift. He not only suggested me various other models but also followed up daily and managed two different time zones to communicate with me. The model I liked and wanted wasn’t available in the Palladium Btq so he arranged it from Delhi which I really appreciate and I am grateful for. He is Diligent at his work and maintained great customer relationship skills by delivering the gift to my house before Fathers Day even when there were flight delays and cancellations from Delhi to Mumbai due to Covid. He also did an awesome job with adding a personalized note and arranged everything for me within a week and before time inspite so many different variables and circumstances. Great experience being his client. :)

You can call this a 5 star mall in Lower Parel, Mumbai. You have exclusive Indian brands and high end foreign brands here. You have Menswear, womenswear, children wear, cosmetic, watches, accessories, Jewellery, etc. A food mall has huge variety of food items, imported fruits, packaged food, etc. It has restaurants of various cuisine and bars.
