We ate here while staying overnight at Sargaalaya Kerala Arts and Crafts Center. They don’t have dinner at the hotel so looking around, we found Mom’s Kitchen right down the road. The food was really great! They have fabulous chicken tandoori and the most lovely chicken shawarma sandwich. It’s a small local place and you feel right at home. We will definitely go again next time we visit the area. If you are looking for a laid back, relaxed place for lunch or dinner, definitely go to Mom’s Kitchen.

This place located near Sargaalaya Kerala art & crafts. One of the best place for Shwarma and Tandoori chicken. Really delicious food and place very clean. Budget friendly and staff and owner also very nice people. Tasty ?

A must try restaurant if you are visiting Vatakara. Chciken biriyani .....it was too yammmyyyyyy...every time food taste is getting more and more..variety of foods, traditional taste..best place for non veg lovers..
