I love the gym but only one thing There should be a professional mma training person to train who has experience of fights You can just keep a normal guy who knows the combination Im talking about the evening batch

The gym has all the weights and cardio equipment a normal individual might need. The plus point is that they have a cage for MMA and provide training. The gym has just got new equipment which are quite good.

Thursday: 6am to 10pm
