Coach have enough knowledge to train the guy's. Have execelent experience in this field. Equipment are also newly designed which can attract u more times on the exercise . Overall perfect Gym on current location ????

Its a good place if you want to get in a shape . Gym has all the brand new machines and equipments and wide area for cardio and abs exercise with punching bag , cycling , hammer and tire with well known instructor

Sunday: Closed
Monday: 5 to 10 am, 4 to 9 pm
