This is the perfect place for someone who loves eggs! Ministry of Eggs serves various dishes with different flavours that you had never tried before. Be it from fried to boiled, they have the best egg dishes curated for each one of you with different flavours. My favourite from their menu was the most famous Egg Paaplet, it is basically a fried omellete wrapped around the best masala and spices and topped with loads of cheese. Other then this I had Egg kejriwal, Lassan fry, Smokey bbq boiled eggs and sosyo I.e a drink. Overall, my experience at this place was amazing. Would love to visit this place again. ?

An evening hunger saw me walk in to the Ministry of Egg. This place new it’s eggs well and beyond. The owner and staff were very courteous and helped me understand their specialty items which I went for. On my menu was Egg Paaplet (jumbo omelette filled with secret spices, egg gravy with green masala tadka and overloaded with Cheese) with pav, and the all time Parsi speciality Salli per Edu ( Egg on salli... literal translation). And to wash it down another specialty SOSYO which is a rare drink found these days. What caught my eye was attention to detail. The outlet is clean and welcoming with hand sanitizer on every table, which shows how the owners care for their customers. All in all good value for time money and energy. I definitely vouch for this place.

One of the rainy evenings of Mumbai monsoon, my friend and I stumbled upon this “Egg” place which had newly opened up on Chandawarkar road. Now, it’s not like Borivali doesn’t have any Egg specialty places already but at that moment we were so hungry we didn't really bother checking zomato or Google reviews of “Ministry of Eggs”.
It’s a small set-up with indoor seating. The décor is very vibrant and cheerful, of course it’s a franchise so I am assuming the look & feel will be similar to their other outlets.
On their suggestion I ordered for “Egg Paaplet” as a take-away. I was the only one who was gonna eat it as my friend was 'supposedly' wasn’t hungry but no surprise as soon as I opened the box, the aroma filled the car and that thing disappeared in two bites. Both of us ran back to the place wanting for more and ordered “Egg Lasan Kachu” and “Masala fry”. It was finger licking good.
Since then, I have been to this place couple of times and have tried variety of dishes and I am yet to find the one which I don't like. Their spread is quite elaborate and rates are pocket friendly.
They have Zomato gold on food! And aaahh, the filter coffee here is a must-try here!
They do offer made to order dishes. So for all the vegetarians out there, fret not, you should try their paneer rolls and veg biryani. They may not have it on the menu, but they will happily prepare it if you ask nicely.
Check out pics of my latest take-away - classic egg fried rice and Green fry.

Food:
Egg paplet- Made with an omelette, a egg filling, some cheese. It has a distinct taste of its own.
Egg lasun kachu: It's scrambled eggs with garlic and coriander.
Peri Peri roll: A maida roti filled with scrambled egg with the flavor of peri peri.
Crunchy outside soft inside.
The English Breakfast: It consisted of baked beans, mushroom, scrambled egg, tomato and toast. The scrambled eggs had a creamy texture, and tasted well without any seasoning. Baked beans taste best anyways. They accentuate the dish. Also this was served along mushroom and spring onion mix.
We also had sosyo. It's one of the beverages offered by the place. It has a mellow mixed fruit taste with an beer like aftertaste
