Nowadays only one mess at Sandesh Bhawan is operational. All the trainees have to go there for meals and snacks. It is a perfect mess with all the facilities. It has section wise table trainees have to sit section wise while having their food. There is separate table for female trainees. Very good quality of food is provided here there are fixed menu for each day of the week at each time. A glass of milk is provided two times a day that is in breakfast and after the dinner. Here food is prepared at very large volume but even then the quality is not poor. In the evening snacks is also provided in the mess with tea. Staff at mess I also very cooperative they don't get irritated why so much candidates. In this mess cleanliness is very important each time after having food when trainees leave the mess the staff start cleaning the mess premises. Sometimes instructors also get food here.
