Lovely place and people. Learn the art of eating Maldivian food from the one and only Meenamma herself.
The meals, the fish. Everything was just delicious.

A small family run eatery specialising in traditional Maldivian cuisine, so it won't be everyone's cup of yea. You can come in with an open mind and be guided by the owner in the correct way to consume the food. You can absorb the culture and habits with a wider perspective.
Garudhiya is a clear, subtle broth of Tuna, lightly flavored with salt. Mas Huni is a simple mix of tuna, onion, chillies and coconut. Rice or Roshi (flatbread) can be an accompaniment. Thelulli Fai Dalhu, fried moringa leaves and chilli based condiment as well as lonumirus, a coconut and tuna based chutney are also available. All these are available.
Hosts are friendly and aspire to guide you. Parking would be difficult as the restaurant is in a small bylane.

What to say about this place?!
If your taste buds are good, give a try here. First time Maldivian cuisine.
The Maldivian food here is Savory delicious. Though it looks like regular Indian/ south east Asian food, the taste is unique. Very friendly, economical, family restaurant.
Later, the Owner cum chef sang a song for us. Wow!!! Where on the Earth. Never heard or came across this kind of experience. Such a wonderful loveable couples running the restaurant.
PS: If you didn't enjoy the food, at least for the couples you could rate it the Max.
And they are planning to relocate the restaurant somewhere near around with a wider hall and parking facilities.

Didnt get to try the Mali meals but the fried rice and chilly chicken were very good. Decent price and spicy food but the good kind of spicy that make you want to eat more. Very filling and satisfied.

Try their Maldivian meals, disc and mashuni. The fish soup that comes with the meals is just yum! It's really tasty and you won't get bored of the flavours. You can have it everyday.
