Good for morning because of their was morning trainer tech you to and help for work out and so last day for lockdown jyem was only open in morning

Very good facilities. It has good variety of equipments for basic as well as advanced gymnasium workouts at reasonable price. It also has martial arts classes.
It's non AC. Parking available for 2 wheelers. 4 wheeler has to park on roads.

When the place was first built, I was amazed to see such a spacious gym in my teen years.
However now it is just another local gym where you will have some difficulty finding a pair of dumbbells, still, I love this place only for the huge space.
There is no A/C but there are fans, there are an ample number of mirrors and a few benches for doing chest workout, a leg press machine, 2 multi gym stations, a cable crossover machine and an ok squat rack but not a Squat cage.
All and all this is a place for a lot of people who cannot afford to go to an expensive gym and would like to pay around 250-300 rupees a month.
They do have many other facilities, like Aerobics, Karate etc but very basic, don't have high hopes.
