Mathura vrindavan is such a krishna land that pure your heart. Nothing left after you reach here. All devotees enjoy here. Bankey bihari temple, krishna janmbhumi mandir, prem mandir, vaishnodevi temple, radha raman, radha bhalav mandir, nidhi van, there is multiple mandir which needs to cover to feel your inside person. Construction began in January 2001[3] and the inauguration ceremony took place from 15 to 17 February 2012.[4] The temple was opened to public on 17 February. The cost was 150 crore rupees ($23 million).[5] The presiding deity are Shri Radha Govind (Radha Krishna) and Shri Sita Ram. A 73,000 square feet, pillar-less, dome shaped satsang hall is being constructed next to Prem Mandir, which will accommodate 25,000 people at a time.[6] Surrounded by beautiful gardens and fountains, the temple complex has life-size depictions of four leelas of Shri Krishna – Jhulan leela, Govardhan leela, Raas leela and Kaliya Naag leela. It is sister temple of Bhakti Mandir which was opened in 2005 and another sister temple which is known as Kirti Mandir, Barsana opened in 2019.[7] Rasa Lila by Krishna, in Prem Mandir Vrindavan Prem Mandir Vrindavan at night, entrance gate The foundation stone was laid by Jagadguru Shri Kripalu Ji Maharaj in the presence of thousand devotees on 14 January 2001. Prem Mandir is constructed entirely of Italian marble. The total dimensions of the temple including its flag is 125 ft. high, 190 ft. long and the 128 ft. wide raised platform serves as the seat of the two-storeyed white monument. A circumambulation route has been constructed on the mandir prangan, the platform of the temple, enabling visitors to view the 48 panels depicting the pastimes of Shri Radha Krishna which are carved on the outer walls of the temple. The walls are made of solid Italian marble, 3.25 ft. thick. The thickness of the walls of the garbha-griha is 8 ft to bear the weight of huge shikhar, swarna Kalash and the Flag. 84 panels have also been set up on the exterior of the temple and display the loving pastimes of Shri Radha Krishna. Other than this, numerous portraits of Radha Krishna Leela, or the miracles of Lord Krishna, can also be found inside the temple.

My Experience on playing Holi in Mathura, Vrindavan !! 1. Reach atleast 2 to 3 days before the day of Holi to experience Lathmar, Flower and Ladoo Holi. Most of these Holi are played among the village folks and you can experience it from a distance. Females are safe to experience it ! 2. Make Mathura your centre point. 3. There are specific days when the Holi is played at each location..pls be present atleast an hour before the scheduled time to experience it better ! 4. On the day of Holi, leave aside your costly footwear ...be ready that it ll be lost somewhere in the crowd...so take the one which is least costly! 5. Holi playing starts at 9 am in Mathura Vrindavan... Vrindavan would be more crowded and colourful on Holi day then Mathura ! Plan it accordingly...Holi is played on the streets and near the main temple in both Mathura and Vrindavan. Holi is played with colours on the day of Holi. 6. Use Gate 4 for better access to Banke Bihari Temple in Vrindavan on the day of Holi. Infact you may be lucky to be a part of volunteer for cleaning seva post Holi inside the temple if you request them at Gate 4 before 4 pm afternoon darshan. 7. Pls don't plan to visit temple between 1pm to 4 pm in either Mathura and Vrindavan..as Darshan is closed during this time. Use this time for your lunch, bath and relax. 8. On the very next day after Holi, Pls do visit Dau Huranga at Baldeo Village around 20 km from Mathura. It is worth seeing the women's stripping clothes of men and beating them with the same wet clothes. Worth Experience! 9. Always book a auto to and fro from Mathura to Vrindavan. Saves time in getting back as due to heavy crowd, one doesn't get conveyance easily at the time of exit. 10. Anything else if I ve missed, pls add :) Radhe Radhe !!

My famous city is Mathura. Mathura has an ancient history and homeland and birthplace of krishna. it is very beautiful palace .My favourite temple is prem mandir. It is very glorious and beautiful tample. Nidhi van was fabulous as it believed that even today krishna visit there every night and no one is allowed to stay in Van after sunset but I was amazing and sacred to see. Safety is 100% in mathura as people here are devotees to lord krishna and everybody think so positive that barely and crime happens here.
