Spot of heavy ambience and exact place for chilling out. The view of the beach from here is something that attracted me and most of the people. Also, it's a perfect spot to book for events like marriage reception, wedding parties, engagement etc. Have enough space for sitting in front of the world event stage, having food, parking and all aspects are satisfactory for conducting a function. The view from the room was beautiful! Sea facing rooms with balcony. Breakfast spread was okay, with local options which made it good. The parking space was not very adequate, was filled up with the weekend rush. Room was clean, but the toilet exhaust was not working as expected.

Was a regular customer of Mascot Hotel. The location is unbeatable. Then the service, standard of food and service came down drastically. Stopped going there for a few years. Was pleasantly surprised in March this year to find that things have improved. Did not stay. But relieved for the establishment. Hope they continue in this vein.

The location of the resort is really good, we get to watch the sunset and it's beautiful. Service - Very slow, staff is not so helpful. They are unable to guide the guests for a good restaurant, shopping Rooms - Average. Not so clean, maintenance can be better Food - Average and costly. Breakfast buffet had very limited options and didn't had any local cuisine. Overall it's in very good locations but maintenance and service can be much much better

By the looks and location of it, this property is perhaps the best place to stay in Kannur. We went here for a light brunch. The food was tasty and the service was prompt. The pricing was competitive as well. But what stood out was the amazing view of the Arabian sea from this place. This property has ample parking space and both indoor and outdoor seating for its restaurant.
