Booked 3 rooms. None acceptable for price paid. Positive : walkable to beach Negatives: 1. Unclean rooms - found plenty of cockroaches in bathroom & rooms are somewhat smelly. 2. Not punctual - checkin time was 12pm. But room was not ready even at 4.30pm. Inspite of informing them in prior 3. Building condition not good 4. Not approachable by car. You need to pay park & walk 500m to reach the hotel in small lanes. 5. No amenities like drinking water, hangers etc

I live nearby and don’t have a/c, and I cannot tell you what a godsend this place has been when I can’t stand it anymore (ie End of March). The owner Joy is so fantastic -truly kind and cool. The rooms are immaculate and perfectly quiet (really!), beds comfy and pillows too. He has saved me from going completely insane from the heat, and his prices are reasonable enough that I can do this almost weekly. Beautiful courtyard as well. Thank you, Joy!

Nice stay! We stayed for one night only and were impressed with the room and staff. We hadn’t booked and they made the room up for us straight away before checkin which we really appreciated. They gave us a card with their details on if we needed anything. 4/5 stars because sadly at around 12.30am we realised we hadn’t been given any sheets and subsequently had to sleep under towels, I’m sure it could’ve been rectified I don’t think anyone was up/around at this time. We also needed toilet roll in the room. Clean, nice and very pretty. I would definitely recommend!

Stayed one night here.. Awesome experience.. Manager is very friendly.. Hotel ambiance is great.. both Interior and Exterior.. few meters away from beach.. There is no restaurant service by hotel..
