Zumba class at Mstyle is not only effective but fun workout. MJ sir is energetic , positive and motivates us to do the workout better each day. Each session has a mix of everything. It's a complete package ! Go for it of you if you want to lose weight and gain health ?????

I loved the training Zumba + cardio. It is dynamic and fun. Zumba instructor MJ sir is amazing, really energetic, motivating ,wonderful dancer and an awesome instructor. He not only made it fun, but also gives great tips he puts all d efforts to push d students to perform d maximum and gives personal attention to each student... Starting the exercise after pregnancy n child birth was a difficult task, the whole body was frozen at all and there was no flexibility but now I feel light n flexible after Zumba. Thank u MJ sir for ur guidance, motivation n keeping us energetic. Strongaly Recommended , Lotsa luck ?

My daughter enjoys MJ’s dance class ,sir teaches very well and ensures kids enjoy and learn as well. And also Zumba class is excellent, makes it effective and enjoyable. With Mj anyone can learn to dance.
