Claims to be a 4 star property, but don't fall for the scam that this hotel is. 0 hospitality, pathetic service & hygiene. We had booked a room for 2, the hotel staff didn't bother to check how many towels, dental kits etc are there in the room. Towels & bedsheets were soiled and dirty.

I had booked their banquet hall for my baby's birthday event for around 150 people. Overall it was a mixed experience. The banquet hall in itself was good but the most problematic part was my interaction with their sales manager Mr. Ankur Bhatnagar and the kind of service we were offered during the course of the event. He was the primary contact person for us and I think he is too busy a person to be working in the hospitality industry. He would respond as per his convenience even on the day of the event, no backup contact given in case he is not available, no responsibility taken for all the service lapses during the event. Not listing down all the issues experienced to keep it short, but overall I would recommend this place only to people who are willing to take the extra headache of managing each and everything themselves because the staff would just apologise at the end of the event for their lapses or rather point fingers at each other when you finally shout at them.

Visited the roof top restaurant, food was good but service was pretty poor. Had to repeat instructions to waiters several times for basic services.
