The place is amazing.. The trainers are well qualified and are properly informed about the stuff they do. The Gym is well equipped and is maintained in a wonderful manner. There is ambient parking space and it is easily accessible too. If u need to shed some extra kilos or be in shape.. its definitely the best place in and around Kollam.. Totally recommend this..

First of all i woud like to say LIFE PLUS is the best GYM among all the nearby GYMS situated nearby.The much awaited premium gym which is situated nearby highway and mostly at the centre of sakthikulangara for all the gym addicts and freshers. Its hygeine and quality of training makes the difference that the number of admission had increased till date. Moreover the most important thing many gyms are facing is the parking facility which LIFE PLUS includes a wide parking area which can include two wheelers and four wheelers too. The main highlight of the gym is the ALL NEW WELL IMPORTED EQUIPMENTS including ALL CARDIO EQUIPMENTS and along with a very enthusiastic and energetic trainer Mr : Sarath who is already having a previous experience in many premium gyms in kerala makes the gym the coolest among all. Fully air conditioned with wide area for workouts makes the gym best in its CLASS and the best part is the rear change room which can acommodate all gym wear including footwears along with quality washroom both for gents and ladies. My personal experience i would like to share is that i had went along many gyms in kollam I would like to give full rating to our dream GYM (MUCH AWAITED FOR LONG) ❤️ALL THE BEST FOR LIFE PLUS ?IF YOU WANT TO CHANGE COME TO LIFE PLUS ?
