The owner of the this Gym Mr. Gonsalves is "Gem of a person" who has made available so beautiful, functional and practical gym in whole Naigaon and Vasai area... ambience, workouters and comradere is always visible...as a whole Greeeaaat place to workout...I have been a Martial Artist my whole life and without veriety of workouts , I get bored very easily...but I always look forward to go to this Gym for my workouts...I have a request to Mr. Gonsalves to put back on that 'Punching Bag' again somewhere... personally I chose this Gym because of it...it's great to have this facility in the Gym...it's not found everywhere...Cheers !!!
