Technicians don't have any knowledge about products. They just waste user's time and tell excuses instead of opening products and checking out product parts properly. Totally useless services I don't expect such a bad service agency being alloted as service agency by LG Electronics without checking how much technical knowledge do technicians have about LG products and giving bad services and spoiling name and image of LG. Minus 1 star i would give for these useless services. Idiots are running service agency.
