As a 1st time lens user,I was very confused.but Ankika mam guided me so well,described everything thoroughly to a newbie like me and checked my vision with utmost care.Vision check up is free of cost as any other lenskart outlet.She gave me her personal contact number if I needed further guidance.the lens was delivered at my doorstep and I'm satisfied with the quality of the lens.
Interesting part is,even after 3 weeks,when I reached out to her regarding some quarries,she was very responsive and polite to the end.
Overall, very satisfied with the experience.

Have visited this store many times, I never fail to be amazed by their collection of frames and sunglasses. And as per the behavior of the staff, it was so nice, they were all so well behaved and helpful. I had an eye checkup from the store and the spect I am wearing now is very comfortable to my eyes.
