Lovely place but here are some important points. This place, like Green Touch View Point on the west side, will also be out of bounds thanks to people littering the place after drinking. No harm in drinking but littering is unacceptable, to the locals as well as nature lovers. Another thing, PDA. I've no issues with PDA but if locals catch, expect moral policing. Couples should not stay after sunset or 5-5:30pm (in winters), 6pm (summers) (if not traveling in large groups). Some of the locals are friendly. If unlucky one can find rogue kids of the area demanding money or simply looking for trouble. Avoid them. For lone riders also I would like to suggest to stay close to other parties and enter inside the garden if only you can see other people/groups. Again requesting to not litter the place or else locals will disallow people from entering.
