Best yoga class in surat. Nisha mam is very supportive in every aspect. In just two months I attended international yoga competition with the help of mam. She encourages and her yoga teaching techniques are very effective and unique. As I want to be a yoga trainer mam is training me that way. I am very grateful that I came across Lavanya yoga studio.

This is the best yoga class I ever visited. Personal attention to each and every members of the batch. Moreover , we receive constant support and motivation of trying new yoga steps and kriyas. So far I have learned tratak kriya, jal neti, sutra neti and vaman kriya and many more to come in future. One can feel a boost of freshness and confidence. 100% recommended!! Kudos to both of the mentors!!
