Pros This Gym has almost all the Gym Machines for every part of muscle thats needs to train as compare to other gyms in Guna Dumbles are high quality ones and weight plates has wide range of variety to choose from 1.25 kg to 25 kg to 30kg support leg mashine hamstring curl punchbag support bands etc ...abs glutes stand Cons Hiit hybrid training example tyre flipping to sledge hammer on tyre and some calisthenics are not allowed they have but they dont allow cause of tiles on the floor Verdict As compare to all other gyms this gym is perfect if u need quality and well maintained environment and calisthenics work...
