One of the best value for money project around North West Chennai. What really clicked for me about this project is they are earnest and value for money. I had a chance to view their Club house and property and I must say they have all the requisite things at the right place. Though I liked the exteriors and facade of the nearby projects, I must say I was quietly surprised with the quality of offerings and specs that stood out for me for the price they were charging with open spaces. Location, despite little far away from Chennai, they are located Opp. Velammal Global School and just 5 mins from Velammal College and Velammal Vidyashram School which also makes them the potent Rental Investment option compared to others. Easily 10-20 Lacs lesser than the nearby projects by some of the leading builders and also importantly, they have obtained Completion Certificate and even handing over has started, which means zero wait time and peace of mind. Would like to join this bustling community pretty soon.
