Its just 5 mts walk from The Church to wards left. Shopkeepers are nice. Woodden craft is good and can be purchased. Bot heavily priced. Reasonable and can be bargained . Has some good eateries and street vendors. Street food better priced than The Mall.

A very nice little market selling all sorts of handmade wooden products. In the recent years, the shops have evolved into more modern look and feel places, still the vintage feel is present. The market has few eateries which are quite popular with locals and tourists alike. A stroll through here is a pleasant experience and one always ends up buying something as a souvenir to take home. Well recommended.

This famous lakar bazaar is located adjacent to most lively place of shimla The Mall Road it can easily be accessible if you are going through Ridge. The thing which i liked the most about this place is it still holds the old world charm. As mall road is mostly occupied by branded showrooms and fancy cafes on the other hand lakar bazaar has road side shops selling handicrafts , wooden artifacts and sovernier. Road side food stalls selling some spicy and genuine shimla street food makes your day complete this is real old shimla and cool breeze from the valley makes it memorable.
