Booked a few days for my brother and his wife. They had a very comfortable stay. The manager allowed for an early check-in when requested. Overall, lovely accomodation with the beach view. They enjoyed a lot and appreciated the cleanliness and maintenance of the apartment.

Place with a great vibe. Very clean and spacious room for two people common area is maintained so well, courteous people and great food, wonderful view on the beach. The balcony was smaller than expected. But really, nothing to complain about...can't get better at this price in the heart of Chennai.

Good choice of lacality, facing the beach and from watching people do fitness early in the morning and people overflowing in front of the shops till the silence of the street, where only the shore noises can be heard.... pleasant and peaceful place for old and middle aged people.
The ambiance was sanitized and beautifully maintained. Overall it gives a look of a place i dreamt of.....
Talking about the cooking, it was like home-made food, the right amount of masala, salt and quantity !!
From people who welcomed us to those who served us were really kind-hearted and pleased.
I'm glad I got to stay there even if it was for a short while and made sure i didn't that place :)
What are you still waiting for ??

It's spacious and full furnished apartment with great ambiance! Well hosted! I like daily one Thirukural in tamil with meaning written on the notice board. Thanks to the management for the initiative. Ideal for family and friends. I highly recommend this place.
