Pathetic customer service. Please don't waste your valuable time visiting this branch of khazana jewellery... I went there as my monthly installment plan had matured and had to make the purchase equivalent to the amount invested. But the sales lady didn't seem to be interested in showing any collection. Plus was impatiently in a hurry to finish. She even repeatedly mentioned about other branches to visit to push us out, despite no other customer rush in the showroom. And we visited at for in the evening so not even close to shutting time. Totally dissatisfied.

I love khazana jewellery. But management is too stingy not even one cup of tea or any refreshment is provided though I purchased 120000 worth ornaments. Management should look into it and arrange some refreshment or water bottle for it's customers.

We experienced worst experience with khazana Dickenson road Showroom. On a special Gauri Pooja Day we have decided not to buy anything with khazana jewellers in future. Customer handling poor compared other jewellers Near by. They Don't give proper information and have more interest to push sales rather .at the time bill entire team will come with new rules and process .by the time your purchase experience ruined. I must say their floor manager is for name shake and don't have any authority and repeat the same what country sales says We had a discussed with Ms.deepa showroom manager. She only been trained how to counter and argue customer and do nothing to handle situation . Don't waste your valuable time Here !!!
