Khandeshwari mata temple is in lonad caves near bhivandi. the caves are located on a small hill. the road to this caves is narrow only for one car at a time to pass. the place is quiet, calm and peacefull. good to go for a small one day trip with family or friends. The caves are also kept clean. the caves are cool from inside giving a soothing feel. There are idols of other gods also.

The Buddhist caves are just a km or so from the main road. The concrete road takes you there. It is a small cave complex built by Shilahara rajas for trader on the route from Nalasapore to paithan. There is a water tank and a idol of khameshwari in one of the cave. The cave premises is kept clean

We went on a cycle to this temple which is in a cave and it has beautiful view I would recommend people to visit the place for its view and peace also please don't vandalize the place by writing on walls about who all they love or any other such activities.
