You can ask anyone in Jaipur for the food quality of this Dhaba, this is a very old establishment. In Environment nowadays people prefer royal, but as it's an dhaba style it's still a place with a little old fashion vibe inside, but the outside area has been a little developed and gives fresh vibes. The staff is friendly and helpful, but if you are thinking of elite experience how would you find it on Dhaba, it's not like Amrik Sukhdev Dhaba, it a normal dhaba.

My recent visit to Khandelwal Dhaba was quite disappointing. Firstly, I had trouble finding a parking space, which was inconvenient.
Moving on to the food, I tried their Paneer Lababdar and was thoroughly let down. It had no taste at all and was quite bland. Surprisingly, all the paneer vegetable dishes had a similar tasteless quality.
On a positive note, their Roti was decent in terms of texture and preparation.
Overall, my experience at Khandelwal Dhaba was disappointing due to the lack of parking space and the tasteless Paneer Lababdar and other vegetable dishes. I hope they take this feedback into account and work on improving the taste of their vegetables dishes as well as the parking situation.

I recently tried the Kadhai Paneer and Tandoori Roti at Khandelwal Dhaba, a highly reputed dhaba of Jaipur. Unfortunately, I was extremely disappointed with the taste of the Kadhai Paneer. It had a terrible flavor that made me feel nauseous. It was definitely the worst Kadhai Paneer I've ever had. Also if you have a look on other tables all Paneer looks same. they just take paneer mix ready made gravy and serve that.
On the bright side, the Roti was decent. It had a good texture and was cooked well.
Overall, my experience at Khandelwal Dhaba was disappointing due to the unsatisfactory taste of their Kadhai Paneer. While the restaurant may have other strengths, I would caution against ordering this dish. Hopefully, the management takes this feedback into consideration to improve the quality of their Kadhai Paneer.

Well, where to start? A perfect sample for the masses psychology. It took a while for Khandelwal to establish the brand that it is today but it's been filling up their coffers and paying heavy dividends ever since.
If you are a psychology or marketing student this place is a must-seek sample. NO, don't eat over there and save yourself a trip to the doctor.
Why do masses flock over a below-average downright poorly managed "dhaba"?
While much better alternatives are within 1 km of the radius.
Why they are still able to have an hour of wait time with people compromising their sense of privacy or hygiene, with below-substandard food and services but prices that can even put a fancy dining restaurant to shame?
Some questions can never be answered, maybe these questions fall into the same group.
2 words - "Crowd Psychology".
Or even better "Herd Mentality".

Delicious food with fast service. Serving good food for more than 25 years now. Situated near Sanganer Airport old terminal. Both inside and outside seating options are available here. The restaurant can accommodate around 100 person at a time. Shared parking is availble.Mostly overcrowded on weekends and one needs to find difficulty to park.
