I haven't tasted biryani in Silchar any place else during my 5 nights stay, so cannot rate it the best. But this is nice. And they offer raita and salan too along with the biryani. But the tandooris were too dry for my liking.

Well I ordered mutton biryani half and a bowl of chicken gravy. The mutton biryani was mouth watering, as the rice was very well cooked and moist unlike dry biryani we get in other restaurants of SILCHAR. The mutton was very tender and juicy, it literally melted in the mouth. it's a good place to visit and savour some good biryani. The chicken gravy was not upto the mark yet it complimented the Biryani.

The only destination in Silchar which is serving Kolkata Biryani with the inseparable Aloo and Dim. It tastes almost authentic and nothing to be complained about for now. Let's see how long they can hold up their quality and the taste.
