The guy at the desk was asking to rate them vehemently and when i just asked him where to rate in the app, he opened chrome from my phone and made a rating of 5 star without my permission. I felt offended and I cancelled that right in front of him. Giving a 3 star for scope of improvement in such behavior. Not reviewing food as I didnt have the parcel myself.

As its caption says " its finger lickin good". KFC kannur is located near to tavakkara New bus stand terminal. So it's easy to find out the outlet since it's in a prime location.The outlet is spacious with lots of dining area in first & ground floors. Today i have visited this outlet for the first time (after renovation). I have noticed lots of changes in their interior and exterior They have added 2 self ordering kiosk. So the customer can skip the queues and get their order more quickly. Ambience is pretty decent As usual the food was pretty good. And chicken was fresh and crispy ??. No one can replace kfc crispy chicken. I have tried crispy chicken from chicking, chickees,AFC and so on... but KFC is always an emotion. Moreover their service? Staffs are very friendly especially the Store manager.He introduced new arrivals and helps me to order it with out confusion ? ? Overall I would suggest this place for hanging out with family and friends.♥️

I had a great experience at KFC Kannur! Although we arrived very late and they were almost closing, the restaurant was not crowded and we ordered peri peri broasted chicken. The food was served within 15 minutes and was delicious. The interior was nicely arranged, but they didn't serve any plates until we asked. Additionally, they didn't seem to care about the bottled water that we paid for. However, overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this KFC location.
